March is one of the best months for walking the Lycian Way. The fields and forest are bright, verdant green and the spring flowers are in abundance. |
| November is Cyclamen season and these beautiful flowers carpet the floor of forests and glades. It is also a great time for lichens, mosses, heathers and early winter flowers such as Snow Drops (Turkey's National Flower) and Blue Bells. | |
The weather is normally sunny and warm with temperatures in the low to mid 20's centigrade. In other words perfect walking weather! Evenings can be chilly but the hotel is cosy and warm with a wood burning stove in our restaurant and air-conditioning units to warm the rooms. |

| People who walk the Lycian Way at times other than March and November really are missing out on the best times to walk in this region, but it seems people cannot conceive of good walking weather during these months. | |
